      I definitely recommend working with this company specifically with Kiho Chung! Going into buying a new home for my family I was very stressed, but Kiho Chung made the process so effortless and efficient. He gave us good advice and good ratings!       I had a terrible transaction with Western Mortgage, Arne Kaplan and Matthew Landry. This is by far the worst dealings I’ve ever had with a lender. Arne Kaplan completely dropped the ball and started working on the file the day before closing (he had it for over a month). Needless to say we didn’t close on time. Then Arne got attitude with everyone involved for asking when we could close. Arne then stopped taking calls, he wouldn’t return texts or emails. Since Arne wouldn’t respond, I went to his boss Matthew Landry. When I talked to Matthew I could barely get a word in edgewise and he was very aggravated that I even called him. He didn’t listen, and he talked over me. He spent more time explaining to me why they don’t have caller ID than trying to solve the problem. Matthew said he would talk to Arne and get back to me. When Matthew called back all he could say is we will close by the end of the week. Then he defended Arne by saying how busy he was. The customer service at this company is awful. Just awful. A complaint is also being filed with the State.
