      Not quite sure why this lender has such high ratings. The loan officer I was working with was pleasant, but did not offer a competitive rate at all. The rate offered was significantly higher than what the national average was at the time. For someone with almost an 800 credit score, you would think I would've been offered a much better rate. Would not recommend.
