      Such a nice and friendly staff Relationships Manager Lucy went above and beyond to explain everything. She took her time to help us navigate a new account and super happy with the outcome Sidenote the staff is always soo welcoming and friendly. The wait is never excesive and i enjoy the fact that hand sanitizer s and waters are everywhere.

      This Day Creek location in Rancho Cucamonga is a complete disaster. The people are so full of themselves They make you wait 2 hrs for a 2 min task (after I waited 45 minutes and another person comes and tells me it’s another 2 hr wait) very shameful! Where is the manager?!?!

      The lines at this location are always out the door. One teller , with 13 people in line. Horrible, I would NOT recommend this branch or Bank of America. Definitely not doing business with Bank of America. Always low staff in ALL near by locations.near by locations have been closed.
