      Absolutely unacceptablely bad level of "customer service" here. I would not bank here if it was the last bank on earth, and only had the displeasure of dealing with these jokers while trying to help an elderly relative get their mortgage paid while they have been unwell and unable to do so themselves. Multiple unhelpful trips later and still not able to resolve the simple matter of accepting payment.

      This is 100% the worst bank you can choose in life. They rob you they do not stand up to their word they do things without any explanation I’ve had this account open over 5 to 6 months and it’s been nothing but hell and robbery I am presently dealing with a lawsuit because of a check that they took from me did not clear on my account Health for one whole week and then some but yet took the money out of the Client account and have the nerve to tell me that the money was not verified but the client showed me proof that the money was taken out as I said the worst bank you can ever choose I would sell my soul to help people not choose us bank
