      I came in and had a ton of deposits to deposit and nila was amazing! She was so friendly and helped me with a smile even though I came in close to the end of the day with more deposits than they normally take! I normally would feel embarrassed like the annoying last minute customer and she made me feel more than welcome and was very understanding to my situation. Happy to see great customer service and good people still exist in this crazy world we live in today. Thank you Nila!

      Honestly speaking this branch is the slowest ever! I’ve never been there without some kind of delay regardless if it’s busy or not ! Unfortunately the two ladies at the windows are extremely slow & very annoying ! I can’t stand this branch of BOA !!! I come all the way from Monroe because we don’t have one ! I have no choice but to switch to another bank by my area ! I would like to advise you not to go there ! Best regards to everyone
