      Palmetto FL, Bank of America; from personal experience a good Bank to handle your needs. Cashers are friendly, kind, and will do their best to answer your needs, and help you achieve your requests. I have banked with for more than 25 years, but this particular Bank including the Mgr, and Asst Mgr will listen to your needs; will give you options, with solutions. It's my Bank, and have set up a program to refund some of my spending dollars! Ask about the Refund program, based on credit card usage. You can choose your accounts to have your dollars given back to you in your primary account. You will like the Personal customer service.

      Man bank of America is the worst bank iv ever used. I used to have 2 accounts with them till I moved and when I closed my account they never actually closed it and it started racking up charges and they only notified me 3 years later with some outrageous sum. So I left them behind well now 8 years later I decided to give them a chance with a business account and low and behold I stuck my card Into the ATM for the first time to activate it and the machine took the card and then said out of service.... so now my card is stuck in the ATM and I can't use my business account... iv been on the phone for over 2 hours just trying get someone to take some accountability but every one I have got in contact with (5 separate people) and every one of them just said that's not something I can take care of and they transfer me. After 30 min of phone selection options and another clueless person I'm at my wits end I will never use bank of America again
