      Ana, Felipe and Cindy are great. They are nice and really helpful, every time I came to this branch I got all the help and answers that I needed.

      The worst service has this specific branch, the worst employees and the hostess not to mention 🙄 days with my card blocked without being able to pay my debts and they cannot solve anything .... one makes an appointment and on the days of the appointment Employee leaves hesitant (in all her right then) but advise and make appointments but no .... come and if they can attend you well and if not also. And one then, let the one who brought it with the debts take it away.

      I understand the importance of appointments but my bank was packed yesterday to where they took $300 out. Then online banking changed my debit card but they started using my new debit card number taking $200 more. When I walked into the branch the Man explain to me that without an appointment I couldn’t be seen. I understand the appointments are important but at the same time in situations where my bank account is being hacked they should allow for walkins it’s kind of ridiculous
