  I love this location ! Radhika makes each customer feel special and she, unlike other BOA tellers, keeps your financial requests private. Most locations shout or ask the reason for your visit loudly across the branch; she on the other hand is polite and professional. Love visiting her. Thanks Hyde Park for ensuring your customers feels safe when managing their financials .

  Hours state 8am to 4pm. I arrive at 3:50 to locked doors and them refusing to let me make a deposit that would take less than 3 minutes. If you're going to close your lobby, change the hours on your website and doors to reflect it.

  Unbelievably bad service. Wait time for basic services (deposit, withdrawal) is 30-40 minutes… It’s worth driving few more minutes to a different location, rather than facing such incompetence at this location.
