      [UPDATE:] Surprise surprise, I tried calling today six times because I am trying to buy a house and needed help quickly, but no one will answer. I guess I'll have to try to take off work early to go to the location since they are not open after 4...I just don't understand how it can be this bad... [ORIGINAL:] I've tried to use this branch 3 times over the past 4 months. Every time, I called ahead at least 3 times to try to make an appointment but no one would answer. Two of the times, I showed up and was told it would be 2 to 3 hours before someone could help me with what i needed - a notary, and an account name change. They told me to call ahead next time to make an appointment and avoid wasting my time... :| I don't need offers of assistance now, I needed assistance when I called a dozen times. Whoever runs this google biz account seems to think pointing people to the "Social Media Client Care" team takes care of all our problems - we just want basic service at this branch and for someone to answer the phone. Calling repeatedly then showing up to an empty building with employees standing around isn't a good look.
