      Bank of America as a whole is slipping.. this place has no teller or teller services (at least not when I came 1/3/2022). How are you a bank and have no teller services?

      No one answers the phone. There's just one teller. To make a simple deposit, it takes over an hour of WAITING. CHASE BANK...PLEASE COME TO THE CHARLOTTE AREA. Oh, how we miss you so!
