      cashiers are awsome to work with. only problem i have that may cause me to close accounts is the poor service trying to get answers when you call customer service. what im getting at is there is none,it sucks

      An unprofessional and insignificant approach by management when the lack of a customer service experience was addressed and shared. A lot of excuses and no legitimate reasons why this branch does not have qualified tellers or employees handling clients in a more effective manner. It flows from the head. If the head is messy or doesn't quite handle themselves appropriately... the rest follow suit. Choose a different branch to conduct your business with!
