      Very slow customer services. One time, I made an appointment here and I had wait almost half an hour to an hour just to open a bank account. The lines to the tellers were very long. This happened way before covid even existed. Why have two or less tellers working at the counter? Expect at least a 15 to 20 minute what here! So unacceptable at this point!

      Racially profiled and discriminated by a judgemental employee Helen Hyelin Lee who refused to open an account based on her own reasons that contradict Bank of America policies. Never visiting this branch again.
