      The staff is always friendly & the inside of the branch had an upgrade. Can get to see a teller with little wait & desk area there to help with questions.

      This bank has become the worst BoA I've ever used. Not my first issue but possibly the last time I'll go to this location. I've had an account for 20+ years through FL. This branch has declined fast. I needed a notary, I've done this here before. The woman who came over looked over the paperwork & said I needed an appt due to 6 signatures. She set that for 2 hours later. When I went back the "new to doing" notary said she couldn't do it because I couldn't fill out all the lines in the document but she would verify with the "expert notary" which was the woman who made the appt for me ... wait ... there's 2 in the building and no customers & I can't get them to do it now??? To top it off the one who made the appt that had looked over the papers before & never said this needs to be filled out so you can do that ahead of time. The lawyer said I didn't need to fill out the entire papers but BoA requires it to notarize my signature? I'm ok with the policy BUT I'm not ok with the lack of details. I wasted 3 hours to go back & not get it done ... "ohhh I'm so sorry I didn't think to tell you that" ... shoddy work ethics ... no wonder they only need 3 people to work the bank. I'm guessing this branch will be gone soon! Sad cause I used to like it. To the girl who wrote the other review ... I don't think they're racist with the notary task, just poor workmanship. No pride in doing their job & customer service is a joke here. Can't wait to go back to my FL BRANCH - THOSE FOLKS ARE GREAT COMPARED TO W.BABYLON BRANCH
