  I have never been so disrespected anywhere before and frankly surprised that bank staff can get away with this. I called to make an appointment everything seemed fine until I showed and and the tiny, curly haired man who was to help me open an account got sour after sizing me up. He started screening me in the lobby among other customers, in the most condescending, thrown voice ever... and doing it in a way as if not talking to me but through me to people at the other end of the room. I was frankly confused as to why he was looking down at me with such disdain especially since considering his height, his eye contact should have naturally have angled up. He sneered and smirked as I gave him my responses and when it got too much for me I asked if that was a usual bank practice to screen people in the lobby, he left and said he had an appointment. I then had a very interesting conversation with his co-worker that I will save for their supervisor. Update: I actually went bank and if you can believe it, it was worse!!! I think these people know they're in the worst bank in the world and are just embracing that title at this point.

  So I’ve tried to add the drive-thru entrance for the disabled/drive up ATM users, which is on Bluxome, but Google not only declined that they’re also pulling down pictures of the entrance. Insanity! It’s at 22 Bluxome. It’s the ONLY way to drive up to the ATM. UPDATE : it looks like they fixed an earlier problem: Is the drive up ATM really closed or just the branch at this location? According to the locator the whole thing is closed. Being disabled and with the pandemic, drive-thrus are important. * because info not consistent. => *** because fixed. But BofA could fix drive-thru problem too.
