      Tom has handled three refi's for us and I highly, highly recommend him. Tom is very helpful in explaining options and why you might choose one or the other. He takes time to explain things. Tom is very responsive to questions and requests. He is honest, hardworking, nice, and personable. He handles questions with grace and good humor. He goes the extra yard with customer service. You never feel like Tom is just trying to get you to transact. I think that when you work with Tom, you have peace of mind. At this point, if the same loan cost a little more with Tom than with another lender, I would go with Tom.

      Tom is amazingly knowledgeable about this business and at what he does. He went above and beyond working out of normal business hours to help us with our loan. The perfect house came up and we needed to finalize things quickly. He is extremely patient with first time home buyers, repeating the terminology and process until we felt comfortable and never made us feel rushed. He helped us get the best rate and continues to answer my questions as they arise even 6 months after we purchased our home. I completely and highly recommend Tom.
