  I cannot recommend Phillip and the team enough. Phillip helped us tremendously throughout the process of purchasing our first home, and we had such a great experience that we knew without a doubt that we would reach out to the team again when we decided to look for a new home. Over the course of a year in finding our next home, Phillip supported us through all the ups and downs, giving us helpful insight along the way and answering our multitude of questions with patience and thoughtfulness. During a time when all the interest rates weren’t looking very promising, I’m astounded that Phillip was able to find and secure an excellent rate for us. I have so much appreciation for Phillip and the team. Beyond being true experts in the field, they are such enjoyable people to work with. I highly recommend Phillip and the team for anyone looking to finance or refinance a home.

  We recently purchased our first home and like so many other first-time home buyers we weren't certain where to begin. I did a little bit of research and found Phillip and his team. I reached out to him through his website one morning and I was contacted by Robert within a few hours. From there Robert started taking me through the process, gathered some financial information and then a day later we were pre-approved and knew what we were working with. After that, any time we needed to have a question answered or we were interested in putting a bid in they were there and getting everything done ASAP. They communicated very well with us and our agent. As we went into contract they were always there to make sure we got the forms we needed together and were ready to answer any question, no matter how small. More of Phillip's team joined in as the process went along and each person clearly explained what they were doing, what they needed from us and when it was needed. As we got close to closing Phillip and his team assisted us with insurance policies and found us an even better deal that we found a few days earlier. Phillip also reached out after we closed to reiterate that he would be happy to help answer questions if we had any that came up. He also sent an email afterward explaining some of what would and could happen in the next month or two as we begin paying our mortgage. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Phillip and his team at Guaranteed Rate. We worked primarily with Robert and Phillip, but every person that played some part were professional, helpful and got everything done quickly.
