      I never thought to review a bank, but after my experience today I just had to. I had the distinct pleasure to work with Moiz and Samantha in regard to closing an account after my mother had passed away. It's not as straightforward as one would think yet they diligently took the steps to make it simple, professional and VERY personable. I single these two individuals out specifically because I did not have all the information that was normally needed however they both went above and beyond to do their jobs very well. Thank you to the BoA Purcellville team for being kind in a difficult time.

      Told me that I couldn't sign a notary here. That because I wasn't a client (but my deceased Father was), I couldn't get the last form (requested from THIS bank) signed in order to dissolve the issues concerning his account. However, I was able to get this done at the Leesburg location. Thanks!
