  Came here on accident to get change for my company. I’m 5 months pregnant and my brain isn’t working to the fullest haha! Anyways they were so nice and welcoming. Told me they would give me change today even though I made the mistake of coming to the wrong bank. Thank y’all for making my day a little bit easier. Makes me want to change from my current bank to this one.

  I love the feeling of community with the bank. I can go into my branch and they know me. It gives me great comfort to know I kind of have my own banker. My husband had a massive stroke and they were so accommodating when we were getting our home equity with them. I tell everyone I know that they should bank with BCT.

  I called yesterday after my step dad told me that this branch was more helpful than Charles Towns Branch...he was right. Every time I've called the Charles Town branch they make it feel like I'm inconveniencing them. My personal banker there won't even return my calls or emails... So even as far as the drive is for me I will be doing my business with Purcellville Branch. Shout out to Amanda for taking the time and talking through with me a change I notice in an application I was using that caused issue with my account. She went through my transactions with me and was very kind in explaining that it in fact looked like something new had changed in May with the cash app I was using it was not instant anymore and caused an almost fake overdrawn shadow. She looked at my history and seen I've always kept my account positive and this is the first month with any issues and helped me resolve my issues.
