      Wanted to change name as marriage. Christina manager wouldn’t do it as husband was not there. Made appt opening Saturday she assured me it would be minutes. As my husband stated a wasted hour with Ahmed he will never get back. I forgot my cell phone but apparently bank cannot function when we had every single piece of documentation that social security and dmv wanted. Totally incompetent. Now just received my “new” bank card with my previous name. Bank is completely incompetent and very unuser friendly. Please bring back Mala a great manager. I am so annoyed why would I stay with this bank. We are some sort of premier customer, long history and decent funds. I am quite angry about the dreadful service at this branch. You call me to straighten out this mess website so abysmal can’t even make an appointment and why should I spend hours trying to get name change straightened out
