      Very rude at that branch, I worked at other banks and treating a customer that way is unacceptable. I understand it's a Saturday and they have less employees but there were only two customers 1 at the teller and 1 with the personnel banker. The teller finish and asked if she can help me I mention I need to fill out a form to remove a joint account holder. She asked if I have an appointment I said no do I need one. She said I don't know Gisele has been busy I don't know how long it takes to fill out a form. She could have just said to take a seat and ask Gisele if she can help. Gisele finishes with the customer didn't come out to check if anyone was waiting so I waited a couple minutes to see but nothing so I walked to the office to ask if she would be able to help me. She said I don't know I have to finsh something and have an appointment just take a seat umm ok so I asked again will you be able to help me if I take a seat again she says Idk I have to finsh and I have an appointment I said if I take a seat and wait are you going to help me you said you don't know I'm not going to wait if you can't help me ok take a seat smh my transaction took 2 minutes I can't believe I was a bother to them.
