      Full disclosure, I am not a BOA customer,& do not wait in line for a teller. My 5 star rating is because this ATM location inside offers $10 denominations you can withdraw, which is great if you have to withdraw less than $20. The only other store in the area that does $5/$10 atm withdraws is Texaco on Ferguson rd/Centerville.

      The slowest branch ever. This is my third and last time here. One teller for a line of 10 people. Their air conditioning is turned off and it's 85 degrees out. No one to greet us and ask what we are in for.

      Don’t even waste your time with these people from this location. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! Imagine waiting over 1 hour to open an account? I take my business somewhere else
