  I have been banking with BofA for several years, additionally I worked for the institution back in the early 2000s, and I know what it takes to run a Bank, some times it is extremely difficult to please customers and keep employees happy; this due to “bank policies” and corporate “rules and regulations”. Now that I am a business owner I come to BofA often (about every other day) and the service here (Smith Ranch office) is the best, in the past year or so the service has improved tremendously, and the office has been remodeled. There are days when the branch is pretty busy, but the staff are friendly and helpful, the new Manager Marleny is highly skilled and always walking the entire office helping customer and employees. I would recommend this office to anyone looking to avoid the impersonal and callous nature of other offices or banks, the difference is night and day in the last couple of years.
