  Larry and his team were very reassuring and helpful every step of the way with our loan. He was available whenever we needed him and made sure all of our questions were answered. Cannot recommend him enough!

  The whole Apex Team was wonderful to work with! Larry Finkelberg kicked off the process with an in-depth video chat with myself and my husband. He answered all of our questions and provided a sample financing worksheet so we could understand the numbers we could potentially be working with. He provided personalized video updates on a weekly basis, and was available to answer our (many) questions at all times. Casey Marshall also followed up on a weekly basis via text to check in and see if we had any updates on homes we were interested in making offers on. Both Larry and Casey sent over pre-approval letters very quickly and were always available by email on nights and weekends. Debbie assisted us in making sure we had all of our documents uploaded correctly to the online portal. Larry stayed positive and encouraged us when we kept getting beat out on our offers. After losing out on several offers, Larry suggested we go through pre-underwriting, and set up another call so we could understand what that meant for our loan. We went through the pre-underwriting process, and I believe this is what helped us in getting our offer accepted! We worked with Chulani to get our loan processed. She was extremely helpful in assisting us in getting all of our documents together. Overall, our first-time home buying process was stressful, but the whole Apex team guided us through it smoothly. I would recommend Apex to anyone interested in buying or refinancing a home.

  Larry and the Apex team were an absolute pleasure to work with! Larry repeatedly took the time to explain the home buying and loan application process to us in detail, which is precisely what we asked for. He explained everything in a way that we could understand, and was incredibly patient with us through all of our many questions. From the beginning, Apex let us know that they were happy to provide as many financing worksheets as we needed, and they certainly delivered on that promise. Larry provided weekly, personalized video updates and made himself and his team available to us whenever we needed them. Overall, the home loan application process with Apex was smooth, simple, and fast! I would absolutely recommend them.
