Was once a respected bank but has become one with poor customer service and very inconsistent processes. I would recommend finding another option

Horrible! I will never be part of this bank again, they stole 540 dollars from my account. Prior to this they blocked my account various times you call to speak with a representative and they leave you hours on hold. Horrible and I don't recommend it
