  I recently had the opportunity to discuss opening a small business account with Joe Stam who was extremely helpful during this process. I live out of state and he assisted me with opening the account with absolutely no issues. A few weeks later I received new account paperwork in the mail which I needed assistance filling out. Joe was very prompt in returning my email and made this entire process so easy. Thanks Joe for your professionalism and assistance with my account opening! Its much appreciated. Shane Folts

  I needed to cash a check from my retirement account to pay my daughters dorm deposit for college. They refused to cash the check even though they could have easily called Fidelity to verify the check. The manager in a round about way accused me of fraud even though I have never had an issue with my account for that assumption to be made(nice way to stereotype a African American client). Being that I have family in the banking industry I know the check could have been cashed. When I asked to close my accounts she said I should cancel all my direct deposits first. Horrible customer service. I only opened an account with them due to I heard they are great with mortgage rates but based on my experience I refuse to do any more business with them. My daughter will now lose her room and board option for college which means she can no longer go to that school. The amount I will lose for deposits are far higher than I can afford as a recently divorced mother with 4 children.

  The website allows for accidentally transferring any amount of money to a credit card way too easily. I put myself on wait to finally get an rude employee who tells me nothing that can be done. The fact that you can just transfer hundreds of dollars to your credit account on accident by a button that is 1cm off and you are unable to reverse it until the transaction is processed, is theft in my eyes. Very frustrating. Sometimes I like Bank of America, sometimes I absolutely hate it.
