      The branch is nice when they are open. However, it seems they are closed 50+ percent of the time and you never know when this will be. Today for example is a random Monday, and the parking lot was full of people who had driven to the branch to see a sign on the door saying "sorry ...... closed." This occurrence is too frequent to overlook. If I drive to my bank during lunchtime on a weekday, it is because I need to use their services. This branch is unreliable. It is a shame the deleted the Pittsford, NY branch and replaced it with this. Again, perfectly okay, when you get lucky enough to hit one of their scarce "open for business" days.
