      waited 25 minutes to connect with a video service only to find that I needed to go to an "in-person" bank. I have a simple name change... all my other banks can accommodate this need virtually. Crazy that a pandemic did not change this.

      No one was there when the store was open and every single one of the machines all down because “the WiFi didn’t work.” Of course there was nobody there to fix or deal with it because why would there be? (The WiFi also did work everywhere else and the weather was fine so no, it wasn’t on the WiFi.) You also needed a card to get in which sounds cool until you think about it at all. Now here’s a thought. How is one supposed to get in when they need a new card and that’s how you get in the store? This is a disgrace.
