      The service here is terrible. For starters I was in line and a bank representative asked me how she can help, I told her I would like to make a withdrawl she said "ok" then walked away and asked everyone else in the line what they were here for and did not help one person. Also, they only have one bank teller I have been here twice and both times I was the second person in line and had to wait 15 minutes. It's time to hire another teller considering some of these transactions take a good amount of time and some people are trying to get in and out as fast as possible.

      I have been with Bank Of America for 10 +years and this has been my branch for 4+years. I went in to get a paper notarized today . I had my original document and my driver's license with me. I was told by Ms Janice Silimon that she cannot notarize this as " I don't know you personally". I informed her that I have been with the bank for a long time and has all my accounts in the bank . She asked me to "go to townhall or UPS". I hope Ms Silimon understands that Notary officers are not supposed to be knowing people "personally". This was highly irregular and I hope I don't get to interact with her again.
