  We used Cross Country Mortgage West Hartford for both our initial home purchase and a recent refinance and both times they went above and beyond for our family. Brett Santeusanio and his team were exceptional in both their customer service, transparency, and availability...they were there for us for any and all questions any time day or night. I'd be hard pressed to imagine an outfit that cares more about what they do than this CCM office and the outstanding staff who work there. Goes without saying that I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to either purchase a new home or refinance an existing property.

  This company keeps calling me everyday at noon saying that I want them to call, which is just stupid...I have told them numerous times to stop calling and that I am on the do not call Registry, they do not care. I have reported about 20 of their calls to the DNC Registry and to Nomorobo so they can be fined. They are very rude and condensing, they do not care if they are breaking the law. What an ignorant way to try and attract customers, who would ever consider doing any kind of business with a company like this! I have asked them to stop calling me from their first call but they continued to call and call and call! Very stalkery and harassing!

  We worked with Bret and his team last year to buy our first house. The entire team were patient, responsive and very knowledgeable. I will be referring all of my family and friends in the future. Great team!
