  I am here because I wanted to say thank you to all of those hard working people for their help. The people there are very welcoming especially James Decandia, he was the one who assisted me a couple months ago. I went there to open a checking account and I found myself with two other different accounts a few weeks after. He was very professionnal and patient, my English is not very accurate, so he took his time to explain me how each account works, and I am grateful that he never got bored with my "many questions" every time I went there, Thank you!

  Teller are unhelpful and rude. More interested in there on conversations than helping customers.

  I have come to this location several times and every time it is an unpleasant and slow banking experience. The tellers are EXTREMELY slow. How many people does it take to solve an issue? I am writing this while waiting behind a line of 8 people and I havent moved in line for 10 minutes. I would highly recommend any other BOA location. I have been to many locations in the NY and Long Island area and every time I come here, I am always waiting and not once does a manager attempt to speed up the process.
