      *We made an appointment, so this review is about the quality of service from an associate.* We needed to send a wire for our new condo purchase. Peter Dela Pena provided the most professional, pleasant, and confidence building service. Our short time with him was the best part of our entire home buying experience.       One agent behind the desk working during the middle of the week. All ATM's out of service. This is the best we can get in Southern Highlands? I have had Bank of America for 10+ years but the basic services at this location might push me to open accounts at Chase instead. Take a look at the other reviews with similar comments. Disappointing.

      They have 9 customers in line and only two tellers. Never have enough employees working. You have 6 windows just for window dressing. Step it up!
