      Horrible service Didn't catch her name, she was a big black women that doesn't belong in customer service. Women across the was was happy and friendly but not this one. Frustrating that I was told what I needed to bring to open a kids saving account well 5 kids and the look on her face like now I have to work. Bring birth certificate, kid and the school IDs, now were going to a big bank to do the same
