Worked with a lovely lady named Asia to help get my first bank account open. She was a gem to work with and answered any questions my mom and I had. Got my account open with little trouble, and overall was a great experience

Just wanted to open up a simply checking account. Understaffed or just lazy I could not really tell. I think the fact that they close in a half hour. It was the only time I could get to the bank with their limited hours.

This BofA was once filled with wonderful tellers and two drive-thru lanes. They started letting go our tellers then closed our drive-thru and followed that by letting go, I assume, they may have quit retired or transferred, our last great tellers and bank employee's that had been there so long and brought in so much business with their, well their just being themselves. Now they have just a couple tellers but usually one at a time. I have had to wait outside because the line was wrapped around and out the door. And it often takes just much longer for the same transaction than at other banks. The hostesses that try to cram the ATM and online banking down your throat to alleviate the long lines, is nice enough but seems forced to be nice, not in a bad way but like it's just her job. The girls that were there when I started banking were just genuinely nice not forced. And we've been made to feel like criminals for just making a payment. Now I understand the necessity of ID on deposit accounts especially withdrawing or changing anything. But to make a payment. Why? My husband was literally chased down via phone because my son's ID was expired and he had made a Bank of America payment with a statement in hand. He had to give her his ID information over the phone after they had made a couple calls to find him and it was quite embarrassing. And closing the drive-thru was like a slap in the face to the elderly and disabled that find it difficult to use the ATM or wait in line for an extended period of time, if that's even possible. I guess I don't understand having a great crew and letting them go.
