Well, I’m a Bank of America customer since it was called Nations Bank and I find the wait times totally unacceptable. The staff is super friendly, but no one should be subjected to an hour wait just to send out a wire. I’m not sure why this location is under staffed and I’m not sure why BOA at this location hasn’t corrected the problem. I’m also not sure why other locations, customers can walk in and out... I considering opening business and personal accounts somewhere else due to the fact that I don’t have the time to wait a couple hours a week!!!

The service is really bad and last time the I was in this place a guy came in with a weapon in his jeans and I did tell the security lady and she didn’t do anything. I still have does picture from the guy.

No parking. Came in with an appointment, there was no sign in, 5 people waiting, and no one acknowledged me or anyone. Left after a 20 minute wait.
