      I would like to take the time to thank Ms.Cindy Colorando sorry if I miss spelled your last name. But I came in today 5/31 for a withdrawal that I was told was impossible to happen and Cindy exceeded all exceptions! She went above and beyond to help me. I walked in sadden in tears and left with happy tears. She made it POSSIBLE! She is a true Gem Bank of America is Lucky to have an employee like you. I can't thank you enough !       only one b.o.a in this area with lot's of time closed without any notice, also now change hours from 10am to 4pm , b.o.a is not good anymore for people who own the business
