      Don't understand why this location does not have a higher review score. Specifically compared to the branches in the DC area, they treat you here as royalty. Needed a larger amount of cash which was no problem and the employees were very friendly, helpful and concerned for me walking out with the cash.

      Close my dad account for no reason or without telling him and his credit score went down 67pt. When I go in and ask for help they just gave me a number to call that is a robot that just told me that the account is closed and hang-up. Couldn't even talk to a real person. When you go in there they will try and get u out has fast has they can without even helping you like they don't want you there. Worse costomer service.
