      You have to use your bank card to get in, and then you can choose to either use the atm or go into a private room and speak with a live representative. The room with the ipad and video system to speak with the teller (from Florida) was filled with cigarette butts. I’m not sure what the point of the system is, because they can’t do withdrawals or deposits. Not sure what service this provides that you can’t just do over the phone from your own home.

      Do not go to this bank EVER! Don’t even go if you need an ATM EITHER! They are always locked up and closed where you can’t even access the ATM!
