  Lorida and the whole staff at Santander are the nicest and most helpful people you will find in Marshfield. I have been a customer for over ten years and they have been consistently great.

  the local bankers are very personable but the bank is not customer friendly, they withhold deposits for days, they attempt to police who paid you as if everyone is perpetrating a fraud. They question why do need to make a withdrawal? Their electronics system is not current to technology.

  Stay clear of this bank My dad’s 75 with stage 4 liver cancer can’t get out of bed hospice is here his doctor invoked me as his health proxy I have power of attorney and legal right to help him get his money I’ve provided all documents to the bank in person they refuse to allow access to his account 😩 dad’s out of food elderly services in Marshfield is helping us for now 🙏 thank god he has a Rockland trust account for his ss payment the manager Paul over there is helping us with transferring dad’s mortgage and money to Rockland trust Marshfield where it will be safe they know my dad & always treat him with respect 🇺🇸 let him sit down & take his time Santander didn’t even offer dad a seat 👎 definitely made it difficult & cost us some valuable time for no reason wasn’t easy keeping everything going Sometimes Our elderly family & veterans need help it’s our civil duty to love honor perfect & respect them till the end. The attorney general is helpful for situations like this also elderly services is very helpful for food & home aid equipment
