      This place is closed more than it's open! The other Bank of America in yucaipa is the same way?! Chase has been open even through the Pandemic along with Wells Fargo.Bank of America has no more than 5 associates working at any time of day which tells me upper Management has their Head buried in the Sand!If you care about your customers like you say you do you need to get this Fixed,Stop blaming it on COVID and do a Better job

      Worthless beyond belief!!! If I could post a negative 5 stars or more I would. BovA the bank that I love to hate. I'm sure that they think that they are doing us a great service during these challenging times. I'm sure that they would give themselves 5 stars. Maybe they should move their operations to Afghanistan. It feels like the Taliban are already running their business.
