      After reading some reviews I was skeptical about BoA, but the staff at the Hooksett NH is top notch. Whoever trained and managed this team deserves 6 stars.

      The Hooksett branch has been closed for a while .I have to drive to Manchester if I need banking services. There is no reason for Hooksett to still be closed.Think Im Going to change banks after being with them many years.Sad they don't care about there customers

      Take a look at this sign posted at this Bank of America location 03-11-22. Can you imagine having valuables in a safety deposit box at this branch? BOA has no customer service. Many closed branches, some open branches have closed drive up tellers. At other branches in the area they have reduced hours. Banks are supposed to be professional organizations.
