      I’ve been banking with B of A since I went to college in 2007 and this location has to be one of my favorite ones. Norma is an exceptional Relationship Manager. She knew I was going through a lot with some paperwork and she notarized it for me. She treated me very kind and she knows her stuff. She also is going to help me get approved for a home when I am ready! Today I went in for some assistance with fraud. I didn’t get the nice blonde lady’s name who greeted me but she helped with getting a digital card. She also gave me tips on how to avoid it! Thank you to the awesome ladies at this branch for all you do to make customers feel welcomed.

      Heather is the SLOWEST teller! She acts like she doesn’t want to be there. And this isn’t the first time. I bank there regularly and when it takes a while, we say “We got Heathered” pick up the pace!!! 🦥
