Agree with others. BOA should pay a surprise visit as a mystery customer to have the same experience. Said Did you know the drive-thru ATM is not working? Answer: it's okay, it automatically sends a repair call. Said wouldn't it be a good idea to put a sign out so customers don't waste time and wonder if their card will be returned? Answer: it's ok, it automatically sends a repair call. This is not the first time the ATM has not worked, and the result was a big backup inside the bank. The staff really doesn't care about the customers it seems. Then the UPS truck almost parked me into my space after honking at me when I put my reverse lights on. Before I went inside I was thinking, okay give them another chance, it can't be as bad as the last time.
