      This place is never open! I wanted to switch to this bank but now I am definitely not!! 5 times this happened already.

      Had a fraudulent charge on my account due to a laptop getting stolen out of my car. Went into the bank to try to cancel my card and get a new temporary one and was told that there were no appointments available the entire afternoon. Went right up to the teller who was very nice and withdrew most of my money from my account. This is not the staffs fault. The corporate office needs to allow them to hire more people.
