      BoA placed a hold on a check from Truist for over 10 days. I was told in writing funds would be available today at 9. Funds still not there. Plenty of obstacles to speak with a person that has no power to do anything other than tell me the funds will probably be available tomorrow. This has now created an issue for me since I relied on their information to transfer funds to a retirement account. The customer service experience is dismal. After 40 years, I am moving on to another bank.
