  Great experience opening new accounts and ilove the app. The app is the reason I bank with b of a now. I almost never have to go into a branch, but when I do, the staff here is helpful and quick.

  I haven’t been in here in a long time but I gave it a shot when in line to cash a check the check I had in my hand possession was a check I got off a project I did when I went to go cash it with the teller she had to go grab assistance and then fine and dandy till the big Teller came over and told me that this is a credit card check and she had to go in the back to indicate if it was OK to cash it she went back there to check came back and told me that she could not cash it? Remind you folks that I’ve been cashing checks for a long time and that check I had in my possession was ready to be cashed she lied to me to my face and walked away kindly with no more information on her end and didn’t give me a time and day didn’t work with me try to work with me she does not know how to keep a customer satisfied and do the right thing when there was no thing wrong with my check and just for her information I went to the other banker when I went to go cash it to my branch they laughed when I told them would’ve happened at the other location and they told me and they are bankers never heard of such a thing I would definitely not go to this bank ever ever ever again no way in hell

  I have been a BofA customer for over 20 years and was extremely disappointed in the horrible service I received at this branch. I had approximately $10 in coins I wanted to deposit in my account and they refused to accept the coins. They don’t even have a coin machine. I went down the road to another bank and they had a coin machine, they counted the coins & exchanged them for bills. I guess it’s time to switch banks. Update: Joe from Interstate called & profusely apologized and made it right. The conversation was a game changer. Thank you Joe.

  Hi LaVon. Our financial centers accept rolled coin for immediate credit into your consumer checking or savings account. By depositing rolled coin, you will know how much will be immediately deposited into your account for immediate credit, and you no longer have to wait up to 10 days for your deposit credit. ^ines
