      Mike Lyons really spent time to make sure I was prepared for the Homebuying process. Even when he could not step in and assist (due to personal circumstances) he made sure to refer me to someone who could keep the ball rolling and who was very knowledgeable about the process. Both Bank of America representatives educated me, responded quickly not only to my inquiries but to my agent and attorney, and they both made sure I was on the path for closing. These representatives left me with a good taste as to how Bank of American helps their clients. I recommend this bank for new homeowners!!

      HORRIBLE. Just terrible. Nobody ever answers the phone, and this branch is often inexplicably closed, even when their website (and Google Maps) says they're open.
