      I recently opened some new accounts for my family at the New Paltz Branch of Bank of America. Adam the Branch Manager was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Andrew was also very efficient and nice. We love this bank!

      (Lobby Service Only) is a lie. The lobby hasn't been open for nearly TWO YEARS. I do not have a car, and so have no access to the drive thru. Because of this I cannot speak to bankers, get financial advice, nor can I use services like money orders and certified checks. This bank location is absolutely useless, don't do business here.

      I have a personal and a business account which are both useless as this New Paltz location is always unexpectedly either closed or the wait to deposit can be as long as 45 minutes in addition this branch does not have customer service and if you need that one must travel to Kingston. After banking a b od a for 20 years it seems they are falling apart and i must find another local bank. Do not open an account here find another local bank that appreciates their locals as B of A cannot handle their business.
