      The drive thru has been eliminated at this location with the exception of the two ATM lanes. The staff inside is generally very nice and helpful. It is essential that you make an appointment online or via telephone if you are going to the bank for anything non routine. I. E. Open a new account, set up an IRA, etc.

      Been using Bank of America for all of my adult life and this hands down is the worst location. No type of common courtesy nor are they helpful.

      Went to the BOA at Joliet to make a cash deposit and was turned away because the only cashier that showed up went to lunch. Very disappointed, one of the biggest banks in America and no cashier to take care of its customers. Will be looking at other competitors to make a change. It's time to break away from the big corporations and go local!
