      I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I needed to withdraw a large amount of cash, I had not made a prior appointment and walked in and right up to the counter, the associate was very helpful and quick, and had me on my way, cash in hand within 10 minutes.

      I'm surprised by the number of bad reviews because I drive all the way from Monroe to bank here. (The Bank of America in Monroe, WA is by far the worst brick-and-mortar bank I've ever experienced.) Shiva and Pranam of this Woodinville branch have treated me like family. They are kind, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I used to be a Bank of America customer 20 years ago, but switched to Chase because of all of Bank of America's fees, but this branch made me a Bank of America customer again.

      Don’t go here if you want to cash a check unless you want them to hold it for 10 or more days. Have banked with them 25 years and needed to cash a check from my credit union to buy a home before escrow closed and they could not do it in time. Walked next door and opened an account at Wells Fargo and they took such good care of me and I was able to close in time and get my check cashed to wire to escrow next day!!!. Will be switching all my accounts over. It’s obscured they like to hold your money for “10 “ days to check for fraud but the real reason is they want the interest off your money! Sad they have become a nickel and dime ya kinda bank:( Also every time I go in it takes FOREVER to do anything at this locAtion and Monroe :( I’m sure it’s the employee shortage but so frustrating!
