  My experience of contacting this branch of the bank was very positive. My consultant was Kristen Anderson. She is a high level professional. I was very well informed about all banking services and besides it all took a little time. So I wish you prosperity and happy holidays 🤝🏻

  My dad recently passed away and left a small amount if money to my sisters and me. We were helped by someone over the phone who is located in AZ. He set up temporary IRA accounts for each of us. I needed to ask a question about the paperwork that I received to set up the temporary account with Bank of America. The person who set up the accounts does not return calls, faxes, or email. According to my paperwork, any B of A financial center could help me. Well, not the one in Phoenixville. They have a receptionist who is very nice, but not business savvy. She tried to get someone there to help me, but even though I was the only customer in the office, she was told that they couldn't help me. She was apologetic, and still very polite, but I only had one question, and not one employee set foot out of their office space to help me. Do yourself a favor and search online about the legal trouble that Bank of America and partner Merrill Lynch have been through, then take your money to a more reputable institution. By the way, a phone call to the 888 phone number got me the most helpful person so far. She was able to pull up my information and answer the question. I told her about my experience at the Phoenixville branch, and she said that they could have done the same thing for me. Thank you Sara at B of A in Rhode Island.

  Team is patient and helpful. Looks like some of them are new and learning, so we visited twice for an issue but they are helpful. Parking is available around the building. Situated in good location.
